Proventum AB

Proventum AB is part of a group consisting of a number of companies that are all somehow linked to the ownership and management of real estate. Other companies in the group are Bellus System AB, ladder AB, Proväxa AB, Ekström Proventum Holding AB and Ekström Proventum AB.

We build, own and manage real estate. The company began operations Orebro in the early 1990s. They began their business by himself let construct and manage housing in Örebro. In early 2000, the company established itself in Haninge by self build housing for its own management in central Haninge. Today we own and manage approximately 600 residential units.
